Founded in 2010, Xcel Land Company, Inc. provides a full range of surveying services, with the use of the latest technologies in surveying equipment and methods. Stephen B. Murrell, PLS has lived and worked in the middle Tennessee area for the past 18 years. After graduating from ITT Technical Institute in 1993 with a A.A.S. of Applied Science, he pursued a career in the surveying and engineering field with Ragan-Smith & Associates of Nashville, Tennessee for 11 years, eventually leaving to continue his surveying career in his hometown of Dickson, Tennessee with Bledsoe, Adams & Christy, LLC for 6 years. Stephen achieved licensure as a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of Tennessee in 2010.
